Mission

Our client operates in the aerospace sector and is seeking a Logistics Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Logistics Manager oversees and coordinates teams responsible for planning, procurement, inventory management, and the delivery of goods to clients. The primary objective is to optimize operational flows, costs, and lead times.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and motivate logistics teams, including planning, procurement, customer service, and follow-up.
• Plan and organize logistics operations, adjusting schedules based on client requirements.
• Monitor and optimize inventories while maintaining efficient stock levels.
• Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers, integrating sustainability and performance criteria.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Develop tracking and reporting tools to analyze supply chain performance, costs, and efficiency.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of technological tools and processes.

Your profile

• Experience: 5 to 8 years in aerospace logistics required (less experience considered if strong leadership is demonstrated), with mandatory team management experience.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of an ERP system (Epicor is a plus), advanced English, experience with international suppliers, negotiation skills, and solid understanding of logistics KPIs and production planning.
• Education: Diploma or AEC/Bachelor’s in logistics management, procurement, or operations management.
• Personal Qualities: Motivating leadership, excellent communication skills, ability to build team cohesion, autonomy, and initiative.

Conditions and Benefits
• Permanent, full-time managerial position (40 hours/week).
• Competitive salary: CAD 100,000 to 125,000, with an annual bonus up to 10%.
