Mission

We are currently supporting a well-established company in the manufacturing and distribution sector in the recruitment of a Supply Chain Director.
This role is part of a transformation and operational structuring context, with a clear objective to enhance overall performance and align practices with modern standards.
Reporting to senior management, you will take full responsibility for the entire supply chain, overseeing planning, logistics flows, transportation, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement and lead a structured S&OP process (alignment of demand, capacity, and business priorities)
• Improve planning reliability (raw materials and finished goods) and strengthen execution discipline
• Define and manage an inventory strategy (segmentation, stock levels, reduction of excess inventory)
• Optimize transportation operations (international and domestic) and control logistics costs
• Enhance distribution performance and manage inter-site flow coordination
• Deploy relevant KPIs (service level, costs, inventory) and foster a performance-driven culture
• Structure processes, clarify roles, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration
• Lead and develop teams while supporting the evolution of practices
• Contribute to the improvement of tools and systems (ERP, data, reporting)

Your profile

• Significant experience in supply chain within a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
• Strong expertise in planning, inventory, transportation, and distribution challenges
• Experience in structuring or transforming operations
• Pragmatic, results-oriented leadership style
• Bilingual in French and English
