Mission

• Develop your client portfolio: Prospect, schedule meetings, negotiate, and build long-term relationships with SMEs and companies across various industries.
• Provide tailored solutions: Leverage your industry expertise and knowledge of Supply Chain roles to effectively address the needs of both candidates and clients.
• Identify the best Supply Chain profiles: Use our CRM, candidate databases, professional networks, and direct sourcing strategies to find the most relevant talent.
• Support candidates: Build trusted relationships, conduct interviews, provide interview coaching, and support candidates throughout their career journey.
• Recommend the right talent: Present candidates who align perfectly with your clients’ needs and expectations.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Bilingual in French and English (our clients and candidates may operate in international environments).
• Persistent, excellence-driven, and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to influence, build trust, and create meaningful relationships.
• Pragmatic, with a hands-on approach focused on achieving results.
