What is the recruitment process with Fed like?

We begin our collaboration with a getting-to-know-you meeting during which we seek to understand your challenges, how your company works and what makes your teams unique.

Our aim is simple: to introduce you to candidates who match the position you are recruiting for, who have the right combination of skills, but also have a personality that suits your organization and will be able to evolve within your team.

To achieve this, we only present candidates that our recruitment advisors have met with and assessed in in-depth interviews.

Our teams use advanced tools and a candidate database with more than 50,000 profiles of all experience and organizational levels, for permanent and temporary placement.

We will, of course, have shown the job listing for the position you are looking to fill to the candidates we present to you. If the candidate wishes to apply, only then will we propose that you meet with them, after giving you their résumé.

We remain at your disposal throughout the recruitment process, until you find the profile that matches all your needs.

If a profile looks like a good fit, our advisors will begin performing a background check and a check of the candidate’s references (former employers and colleagues). The goal is for you to be able to make the best-informed decision possible.

If, despite our efforts and expertise, we are unable to find you the right candidate, do not worry. As we are success-based, you will not be charged.

Since 2018, our advisors have relied on the technology developed by Salesforce, a world leader in CRM, with its powerful algorithm. This recruitment CRM maximizes the chances of finding the right match.

Our recruitment advisors conduct their search for candidates using keywords and skills listed in your résumé. Your profile may therefore keep appearing in our search results, even several weeks after your interview.

We have also improved the responsiveness of our teams by integrating the technology developed by HrFlow, a world leader in human resource technology. Each job listing that our advisors post and each application that we receive are processed by HrFlow’s algorithms to ensure the best matches between what you and our partner companies are looking for.
