Mission
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Montreal on a 6-month contract.
You will become part of a collaborative and experienced team where teamwork, communication, and autonomy are highly valued.
Your Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient order management and coordination while delivering outstanding service to a primarily B2B customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, process, and update customer orders within internal systems;
Monitor order progress and delivery timelines;
Coordinate information with Sales, Logistics, Planning, and Warehouse teams;
Manage customer credits and assist with blocked account follow-ups;
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to support the invoicing process;
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding requests;
Communicate with carriers and various stakeholders involved in shipments;
Support the monitoring and reporting of service performance indicators;
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide general support to the customer service team as required.
Your profile
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a B2B customer service role;
Experience within a manufacturing environment is considered a strong asset;
Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken;
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
Comfortable working with ERP systems;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of requests;
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.

Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $58,000, depending on experience;
