Production Foreman – Evening Shift

I’m currently seeking a Production Foreman for the evening shift at a well-established Quebec food company known for its strong team culture and quality-driven operations.
Your Role
As the Production Foreman, you’ll be the key leader overseeing all production operations during the evening shift.
Your main duties will include:
• Planning, organizing, and directing production activities to achieve targets for quality, efficiency, and safety;
• Leading and supporting a team of 3 production supervisors and several team leaders across multiple production lines;
• Promoting a positive, collaborative, and respectful work environment;
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and resolving production issues effectively;
• Managing administrative functions such as disciplinary actions, vacation approvals, and time tracking.
Your profile
Your Profile
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in food manufacturing;
• Familiar with HACCP and SQF standards;
• Leadership style that is coaching-oriented, empathetic, and hands-on;
• Strong communication and adaptability in a manual, high-interaction production setting;
• Able to make quick, sound decisions under pressure and keep teams engaged.
Working Conditions
• Total compensation around $90,000 (including night premium and performance bonus);
• Flexible vacation (3–4 weeks depending on experience);
