Industrial Electrician – Licence C – Night Shift

Mission
Your Role
As an Industrial Electrician (Licence C), you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the electrical systems of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues on production machinery
• Troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLC systems
• Inspecting and maintaining electromechanical systems
• Assisting in diagnosing hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Reading and interpreting North American electrical and technical drawings
• Installing and modifying electrical circuits in compliance with the Quebec Electrical Code
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Recording maintenance activities in the CMMS system
• Collaborating with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures
Your profile
Profile :
Education and Experience :
• Electrical Licence C (mandatory upon hiring)
• DEP in Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity, or equivalent technical training
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance in Quebec
Technical Skills :
• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (an asset)
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems (an asset)

Additional Requirements :
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
Working Conditions
Permanent position – unionized environment
Schedule
• Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Training / probation: approximately 3 months on the day shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
Salary
$35.32 – $45.84 per hour
(depending on experience and skills)
