I'm currently recruiting a Quality Coordinator for a manufacturing company specializing in polymer processing. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality products while fostering continuous improvement and collaboration across its operations.
Mission
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System while providing technical support to quality, production and project teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and continuously improving the company's Quality Management System;
Investigating customer complaints and quality issues while coordinating corrective and preventive actions;
Working closely with project teams to ensure proper follow-up of quality initiatives;
Preparing, updating and controlling quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, inspection plans and customer quality records;
Supporting product and process certification activities;
Training and providing technical guidance to quality inspectors;
Managing quality records, documentation and document control activities;
Contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing and quality processes;
Verifying certificates of conformity for incoming raw materials;
Maintaining traceability of reference samples;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve operational performance.
Working Conditions :
Permanent full-time position;
Day shift, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week);

Your profile
College diploma (DEC) in Quality, Plastics Engineering, Engineering or a related field;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment;
Knowledge of polymers or plastic processing is a strong asset;
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
Good computer skills;
Fluent in both French and English, with the ability to communicate with customers and external partners;
Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills;
Autonomous, detail-oriented and team-focused.
