Mission
An international industrial manufacturing company is seeking a Buyer to manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships across the organization.
Acting as a key link between internal teams and external partners, you will play a critical role in securing supply, meeting delivery timelines, and optimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchasing activities according to internal needs.
• Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations.
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders.
• Handle urgent purchases and ensure timely supplier follow-ups.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop potential suppliers.
• Manage non-conformities and invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain and administer supplier records.
• Perform any other related purchasing tasks.
Your profile
• DEC or AEC in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Less than 3 years of experience in supply chain management or relevant experience.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to understand and respond effectively to internal needs.
• Knowledge of mechanics or an industrial environment is an asset.
