Mission

Your Role

Reporting to the Head of Transport and Logistics, the Customer Service & Logistics Supervisor acts as a key link between clients, operations, and the internal team.
You will oversee the daily coordination of activities related to customer service, logistics, and documentation, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality standards throughout all processes.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of six employees (coordinators, documentation specialist, payroll clerks) and support their day-to-day development.

Ensure an exceptional level of customer service: handle inquiries, follow up on client requests, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain clear communication.

Manage delivery track & trace activities, ensuring operations are completed as scheduled.

Oversee billing and approval of truck driver payroll.

Review and transmit work orders and transport documentation to the documentation team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate closely with the operations department in an open and team-oriented environment.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations and administrative documentation standards.

This position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to maintain a strategic, big-picture perspective.

Your profile

Profile Sought

Proven experience supervising a team, ideally in logistics, transportation, or customer service.

Mature, motivational leadership with the ability to guide, support, and develop employees.

Strong ability to handle a high workload and prioritize effectively.

Strategic mindset, organized, and solution-oriented.

Proficiency in Excel and internal systems (customs or ERP software).

Excellent communication skills in English (mainly English-speaking environment).

Knowledge of the transportation industry is an asset.

College diploma or equivalent required.

Conditions

Permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week) – day schedule

Competitive salary up to $85,000/year, depending on experience
