Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor
Introduction
Hello! My name is Leila, and I am a Recruitment Consultant at Fed Supply, a firm specializing in supply chain, logistics, transportation, and customer service roles. We support both candidates and companies with temporary and permanent opportunities throughout the Greater Montreal area. Our team understands your reality and speaks the same language as you.
Mission
Join a Quebec-based manufacturing SME with an international reach, renowned for the complexity and technicality of its products, where collaboration, agility, and people are at the heart of operations.
Here, every action has a direct impact, teams communicate openly, and the supervisor is a hands-on manager, close to both their people and daily operations.
Do you enjoy understanding how everything connects — from the warehouse to international shipping — and guiding a team day-to-day in a challenging and stimulating environment? If so, this role is for you.
In a newly created position, the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor plays a key role in the daily coordination of warehouse, storage, and international logistics activities.
You will supervise a small team, ensure smooth operations, and act as the operational reference for import-export, customs, and logistics flows.

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse, storage, and logistics operations
Manage, coach, and support a team of 4–5 employees requiring close guidance

Maintain and improve existing processes in a pragmatic, step-by-step manner
Track operational performance indicators (existing or to be implemented)
Ensure compliance of receipts, shipments, and inventories (both physical and system-based)
Contribute to optimizing work methods, warehouse organization, and space utilization
Interact with carriers, suppliers, brokers, and customs authorities
Perform any other tasks related to the smooth functioning of operations
