Mission
As the Electrical Shop Team Lead, you will serve as the technical resource for the department while coordinating production activities and ensuring quality standards are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide technical leadership to the electrical panel assembly team.
Coordinate daily production priorities based on the manufacturing schedule.
Ensure materials, electrical components, tools and documentation are available for production.
Monitor workflow from preparation and wiring through testing and final delivery.
Track production progress and proactively resolve issues that could impact deadlines.
Ensure electrical assemblies comply with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Support the team during testing, energization and troubleshooting activities.
Coordinate work assignments and promote effective communication across departments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality and efficiency.
Train and mentor new employees on work methods and best practices.
Promote a safe work environment while ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.

Your profile
Strong experience in industrial electrical panel manufacturing.
Excellent ability to read electrical schematics and manufacturing drawings.
Solid knowledge of industrial electrical components and assembly practices.
Previous experience leading or coordinating a production team.
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
Well organized with excellent planning and prioritization abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
