I'm Robin, recruitment and business development consultant at FED IT, a recruitment agency specializing in IT professions.
I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent.

Mission

Under the supervision of the IT leadership, you will oversee governance, performance, and service quality of IT support operations. You will manage external partners, guide internal technicians, coordinate priorities, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Manage IT service providers: deliverables, performance, obligations, and renewals.
• Lead service review meetings and follow up on action items.
• Handle escalations and critical incidents.
• Supervise internal technicians and support skill development.
• Plan and prioritize incidents and service requests.
• Track KPIs and produce dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with ITGC requirements and documentation.
• Oversee IT inventory and equipment lifecycle.

Your profile

Your Profile

• Degree in IT or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in IT support or MSP environments.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience managing vendors.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools.
