Mission
Reporting to an IT Director, you will oversee the operation, administration, and continuous improvement of server environments, networks, virtualization platforms, storage solutions and cloud infrastructures.
You will play a key role in implementing cybersecurity best practices, managing infrastructure incidents, ensuring operational continuity, and supporting the modernization of the technological ecosystem.
You will also act as a technical escalation point for advanced-level incidents and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.
Main Responsibilities
Systems and Infrastructure Administration
Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
Optimize LAN, WAN, VPN and Wi-Fi infrastructures for IT and OT environments.
Manage virtualization platforms and storage solutions.
Administer cloud and hybrid infrastructures (e.g., mainstream cloud providers).
Install and configure infrastructure components.
Participate in architectural improvements and system patching.
Define infrastructure standards for the organization [to be validated with the client].
Security and Compliance
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures: firewalls, antivirus, MFA, segmentation.
Administer identity and access management tools (IAM).
Support vulnerability analysis, remediation and security incident handling.
Conduct compliance reviews, audits and vulnerability tests.
Contribute to infrastructure monitoring and security governance.
Technical Support & Operations
Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents (level 2–3).
Support internal technical teams.
Diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related system and network issues.
Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners.
Maintain technical documentation of systems and procedures.
Business Continuity
Manage and monitor backup and recovery solutions.
Participate in disaster recovery plan testing.
Ensure resilience and availability of critical systems.
Your profile
Your Profile
Post-secondary degree in IT or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in systems and infrastructure administration.
Experience working in hybrid, critical and security-oriented environments.
Knowledge of OT environments [to be validated with the client].
Fluency in French and functional English.
Strong autonomy, sense of responsibility, rigor and prioritization skills.
Excellent analytical, communication and continuous improvement skills.
Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
