Mission
I am looking for a payroll technician for a distribution company located in Boisbriand.
Under the supervision of the controller, your tasks will include:
-Managing payroll and employee files (salaries, bonuses, commissions).
-Preparing financial, tax, and expense reports, and supporting the accounting team during busy periods.
-Administering benefits, pension plans, and reimbursements.
-Maintaining payroll, leave, and attendance records.
-Collaborating with other departments and supporting related financial tasks.
-Being proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for data production and analysis.
-Other related tasks.
Your profile
What we are looking for:
-DEC or AEC in accounting with 2-3 years of payroll experience.
-Proficiency in payroll systems (SAP, ADP) and Excel/Google Sheets.
-Knowledge of general ledger, journal entries, and tax forms.
-Autonomy, service-oriented, team player, and professionalism.
-Functional French and English.
