My name is Caroline, and I am a recruitment consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent positions on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I am looking for a Payroll and HR Analyst for my client based in the city of Sherbrooke. This is a permanent hybrid position.
Mission
- Analyze and ensure the reliability of payroll data and HR indicators.
- Produce reports and analyses to support HR and financial decisions.
- Participate in budget forecasting and payroll monitoring.
- Prepare reconciliations, year-end reports, and audit documents (payroll and retirement).
- Optimize payroll-related reports, analysis tools, and processes.
- Support bi-monthly payroll and manage special adjustments.
- Perform payroll-related accounting checks and entries.
Your profile
- DEC in accounting (payroll certification: an asset).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and salary data analysis.
- Excellent command of a payroll system and an HRIS (Nethris: a strong asset).
- Very good analytical skills and strong proficiency with Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounting processes related to payroll.
- Rigorous, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
Good sense of collaboration and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
