Service Supervisor

I’m currently seeking a Service Supervisor for a global leader in industrial vacuum and mechanical systems.
Mission
Reporting to the National Service Director, you’ll oversee and support a team of field and in‑house service technicians across Eastern Canada. Your focus will be ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and a strong team spirit within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Key responsibilities :
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Coordinate daily operations within the service department, including repairs, maintenance calls, and field service.
- Analyze, plan, and schedule work on industrial vacuum pumps and related equipment.
- Prepare and validate service quotes and technical reports in collaboration with the Service Coordinator.
- Plan and assign service calls, both regular and emergency, based on team availability and client priorities.
- Review work orders, ensuring compliance with established standards (ISO 9001).
- Provide technical support and client visits when required.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate your team, creating a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Handle performance evaluations, scheduling, and ongoing development plans.
Your profile
- Diploma in Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics (vocational level).
- 6–8 years of industrial mechanical experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
- 4–5 years in technical customer service or related functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an asset.
- Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
