Electrotechnician – Day Shift - South Shore

I’m currently seeking an Electrotechnician to join a well-established manufacturing company known for its strong values, teamwork, and focus on continuous improvement.
Mission
As part of the maintenance team, you’ll ensure the reliability and performance of automated equipment used in production. You’ll take part in troubleshooting, programming, and upgrading systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Main responsibilities include:
-Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic issues on production equipment.
- Program and update PLCs and interface software to support process improvement.
- Maintain and update electrical diagrams, PLC programs, and equipment plans.
- Prepare maintenance reports and ensure proper documentation of interventions.
- Manage spare parts, orders, and inventory to plan upcoming repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment calibration.
- Stay up to date with new technologies through ongoing technical training.
Your profile
- College or vocational diploma (DEC/DEP) in Electrotechnics or equivalent experience (3–5 years in industry).
- C License (non‑construction): an asset.
- Strong skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
- Proficient in French and computer‑literate.
- Experience with the Intéral CMMS system (an asset).
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
