My name is Caroline, and I am a recruitment consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I am looking for a accounts payable technician for my client based on the South Shore. This is a temporary, on-site position.
Mission
- Process and record supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Perform reconciliations, manage discrepancies, and track payments
- Verify that invoices comply with purchase orders and agreements
- Respond to requests from suppliers and internal teams
- Participate in month-end closing (provisions, analyses, reconciliations)
Your profile
- Accounting training or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting ERP software
- Rigorous, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work well in a team and manage a high volume of transactions
- Functional English to communicate with English-speaking suppliers
PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the HR Consultant.
