My name is Fiona, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.

I'm looking for a Financial Analyst for a company in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent hybrid position in Brossard.

Mission

Key Responsibilities:
• Process high-volume invoices and credit notes while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice) and resolve discrepancies with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Reconcile vendor accounts and support month-end accruals and reporting
• Coordinate payment runs and ensure timely disbursements
• Maintain vendor master data and support internal/external audits
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements

Your profile

Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in accounting or finance
• 3–5 years of AP experience, preferably in a shared services or manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with Medius is a strong asset
• Bilingual (French/English) preferred
