My name is Alex, I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent, on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.

I am looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for my client in the distribution sector. This is a permanent, on-site position in Boucherville.

Mission

Main Responsibilities:
· Follow up on overdue accounts (calls, emails, sending statements)
· Record payments received (checks, credit cards, direct deposits)
· Enter accounts receivable data into the accounting system (credit notes, receipts, etc.)
· Prepare and track customer rebate payments
· Open new customer accounts
· File invoices and credit notes
· Participate in month-end procedures
· Perform any other related tasks

Your profile

Desired profile:
· Proactive and autonomous
· Rigorous in task execution
· Organized and resourceful

Requirements:
· Experience in a similar position
· Good knowledge of accounting software
· Diploma of vocational training (DEP) in accounting (asset)
· Experience with SAP Business One (asset)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel: vlookup, Pivot Table)
· Functional bilingualism (French and English)
