Mission

I am looking for a payroll specialist for a group located in Brossard.

Your tasks will include:
- Processing payroll for 400 employees
- Unionised and non-unionised payroll
- Multi-province payroll, mainly Ontario
- Calculating and remitting monthly contributions
- Producing annual employment records
- Payroll entries
- Making continuous improvements to the department
- Being the point of contact for employees regarding their payroll and insurance

Your profile

What we are looking for:
- INP training
- Bilingualism, able to communicate with employees in Ontario
- Experience with UKG software (strong asset)
- Knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial payroll laws

What we offer:
- Salary between £80k and £90k
- Comprehensive group insurance (medical, dental, life, disability), 90% paid by the employer
- Employer RRSP contribution
- Two days of remote work
