Mission
I am recruiting a Cost Accounting Manager for a company in Laval.
Reporting to senior financial management, this individual will act as a strategic partner to the operations and management teams to improve profitability, support decision-making, and assist with the organization’s transformation initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading financial analyses related to manufacturing performance and operational profitability
• Serving as a business partner to the operational and sales teams
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and create value
• Develop tools and metrics to enhance the quality of business decisions
• Contribute to the evolution of financial systems, processes, and best practices
• Supervise and develop a team of finance professionals
• Actively participate in the company’s growth and continuous improvement initiatives
Your profile
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA designation is a strong asset
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Team management experience
• Bilingual in French and English
