Mission
I am looking for a CPA Financial Analyst for a company located in the Laurentians.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Assisting the finance teams in monitoring the performance of the service and distribution operations, including the analysis of sales, margins, and performance metrics.
-Participating in monthly financial close activities, including account reconciliations and tracking various provisions.
- Produce and analyze management reports for senior management and various management committees.
- Contribute to monitoring operational performance, headcount, improvement projects, and key company metrics.
- Develop and automate financial and operational analysis tools using data management and visualization solutions.
-Participate in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses.
-Identify and implement improvements to financial processes to increase the efficiency and quality of financial information.
-Collaborate with various departments to support decision-making.
Your profile
What We’re Looking For:
-CPA designation held or in the process of being obtained.
-At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting in a manufacturing environment.
-Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
-Excellent proficiency in Excel.
-Experience with Power BI and Power Query
-Knowledge of an ERP system
What we offer:
-A salary between $110,000 and $130,000 + bonus
