Mission
I am looking for a CPA to fill the position of Director of Finance for a company in the real estate sector.
-Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with current standards.
-Manage cash flow, including forecasting and variance analysis.
-Monitor and control costs related to major real estate projects.
-Develop financial projections and value analyses to support investment decisions.
-Manage financing activities, including negotiation with financial institutions and refinancing operations.
-Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Collaborate with management to optimize profitability and support the company's growth.
-Actively participate in the implementation of an integrated real estate management system, in conjunction with cross-functional teams.
Your profile
Your profile :
-CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) qualification required.
-Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management, ideally in industrial real estate.
-Solid skills in financial analysis, cash management and real estate value projection.
-Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) and financial software (Excel, ERP real estate).
Excellent ability to manage several files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-Highly rigorous and autonomous, with good organizational skills.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
