Mission
I am currently seeking an Accounting Coordinator for my client, a cooperative-based organization located in Baie-d’Urfé. This is a permanent, hybrid position.
Reporting to the Manager, you will provide accounting support to cooperative members. Your main responsibilities will include the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements to the cooperative’s Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
Review the general ledger and perform required adjustments.
Prepare financial documentation for external audits.
Produce financial analyses and explain budget variances.
Provide accounting and administrative support to internal teams.
Participate in the improvement and implementation of accounting procedures.
Contribute to inventory-related activities and financial operations.
Collaborate occasionally with management on operational and financial matters.
Travel occasionally to support on-site operations.
Your profile
Your Profile:
University degree in Accounting
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
Working Conditions:
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Occasional travel (with travel compensation)
