Hello, I'm Juliette, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in finance and accounting jobs. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.

Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions.

I'm looking for an Accounting clerk:
- Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis
- Record and process accounts payable payments
- Reconcile and record credit card transactions
- Prepare monthly reports and remit GST/QST (sales taxes)
- Prepare reports and remit payroll deductions at source
- Record intercompany transactions and process bank transfers
- Support the finance team during month-end closing, particularly with account analysis

Your profile

- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Knowledge of Excel (experience with Sage software is an asset)
- Attention to detail, autonomy, and initiative
- Ability to work in an open-space and/or remote work environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English
