Hello, I’m Bianka, Senior Team Leader at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll roles. I manage two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent, in the Greater Montreal area.
Mission
We are seeking a Credit Analyst for the Eastern Canada Regional Administrative Center located in Ville Saint-Laurent. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is eager to take on new challenges, who possesses organizational skills, is motivated, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct credit inquiries to grant limits
• Review credit limits if necessary
• Make calls and send emails to follow up and collect delinquent accounts
• Perform account reconciliation
• Verify orders pending credit approval
• Document collection activities in the system
• Communicate effectively with various internal departments
• Develop and maintain collaborative teamwork between departments (sales, customer service, operations)
• Prepare various Excel reports
Your profile
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Administration (an asset)
• Relevant experience in credit/collections.
• CCP designation (an asset).
• Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset)
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and oral.
• Motivated and results-oriented
• Tact and diplomacy, analytical skills, and conflict resolution skills
