Acting as a functional subject matter expert, the BPO will work closely with Purchasing, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to define future-state processes and support their integration into D365.
This is a cross-functional role with no direct reports, combining procurement expertise, business process analysis, ERP transformation, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze, document, and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including direct and indirect purchasing, supplier management, purchase orders, receiving, and invoicing.
• Identify inefficiencies and define future-state processes as part of the D365 implementation.
• Translate Purchasing and Procurement requirements into functional system specifications.
• Participate in functional testing, solution validation, data cleansing, and migration preparation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Production, Maintenance, Inventory, and IT teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Develop process documentation, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support users through training, process adoption, and change management initiatives.
• Contribute to system deployment, post-implementation support, and continuous improvement activities.
