Mission
We are looking for an experienced Transport Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join a company active in the manufacturing sector.
This key position involves coordinating transport and logistics operations, with opportunities to grow into a Logistics Supervisor role.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate material check-ins and check-outs at the weigh station.
Plan and assign unloading docks.
Manage client requests and schedule transportation.
Communicate with drivers and clients in case of unloading issues.
Prioritize tasks in collaboration with the Logistics Director.
Handle administrative tracking and assist with the transition to the new ERP system.
Your profile
Qualifications:
Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage conflicts.
Strong personality to assert authority with drivers and teams.
Bilingual in French and English.
Ideally, knowledge of customs documentation and cross-border transit.
Working Conditions:
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
On-site position (temporary office on the field)
