Project Manager – Manufacturing

I’m currently looking for a Project Manager – Manufacturing to join a well-established company recognized for its mechanical and modular systems. This key role is ideal for a structured professional who thrives on managing complex projects from start to finish
Mission
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of manufacturing projects — from planning to delivery — including modular units, pumping skids, and combustion systems.
You’ll act as the main link between design, production, and clients to ensure each project is completed on time, on budget, and to specification.
Main responsibilities:
- Launch and plan projects upon order reception and define timelines and key milestones.
- Coordinate kick-off meetings and ensure material readiness with internal teams.
- Monitor daily progress in the shop and adjust schedules as needed.
- Manage budget tracking, labour and material costs, and progress reports.
- Maintain client communication and provide regular project updates.
- Work closely with designers to validate manufacturability and coordinate final delivery with logistics.
Your profile
Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Education: College diploma in production management, building mechanics, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project, advanced Excel).
- Ability to read mechanical and piping drawings (P&ID).
- Experience with ERP systems and production management principles (Lean, Kanban).
