Electrical Project Manager

Introduction

Hi, I’m Jérémy Dupeuble, Recruitment Consultant at Fed ManuTech.
I’m currently partnering with a growing manufacturing organization delivering large-scale industrial electrical projects in highly technical environments.
They’re looking for an Electrical Project Manager who enjoys coordinating complex work, collaborating across teams and driving projects forward

Mission

Your Role :

You will oversee electrical industrial projects from planning through execution and delivery. Day to day, you manage multiple mandates, track budgets and timelines, coordinate procurement and ensure installations meet technical and quality requirements.

You act as a key link between engineering, fabrication, field teams and clients — reviewing technical documentation, sequencing work, answering technical questions and supporting decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Regular site visits allow you to monitor progress, anticipate risks and adjust priorities when needed. You’ll also manage change orders, extras, subcontractors and client communications while keeping project profitability in focus.

Projects are diverse and large in scope, including industrial facilities, substations and water treatment infrastructure, with budgets ranging from six to eight figures.

Your profile

Your Profile :

You bring a strong technical foundation in industrial electrical systems along with an interest in project coordination and leadership.

You are organized, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities. You can read drawings, understand construction sequencing and operate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

A diploma or degree in electrical engineering is preferred. Experience in public infrastructure projects is a strong asset, as well as exposure to automation. OIQ membership is an advantage but not required. Candidates transitioning from the field into project management are welcome.

You are fluent in French and comfortable using project management and technical software such as MS Project, AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office suite.

Working Conditions

You will join a collaborative team environment where knowledge sharing and autonomy are valued.

The role offers varied industrial projects, strong ownership of your mandates and a private office workspace.

Additional benefits:

• 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
• Hybrid work (up to 2 days/week after onboarding)
• 4 weeks vacation (prorated)
• Mobile sick days
• Group insurance after 3 months (employer contribution)
• Telemedicine access
• Cell phone allowance
• Free parking with EV charging
• Regular site visits (approximately once per week)

Conclusion

If you’re looking for a role where technical expertise meets real project ownership within a stable manufacturing environment, I’d be happy to connect and share more details.
