My name is Jérémy Dupeuble, Recruitment Consultant at FED ManuTech, specializing in engineering, manufacturing and industrial positions.
We are currently partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturing organization known for producing high-precision components for demanding aerospace programs. As the company continues to introduce new products and expand its operations, we are looking for a Methods Agent to support manufacturing integration and process development activities.
Mission
As part of the New Product Introduction team, you will act as a key link between engineering and production, ensuring new components are successfully integrated into manufacturing operations.
You will be responsible for developing manufacturing routings and work instructions, conducting First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 requirements, and supporting production teams during product launches.
Working closely with engineering, quality, supply chain and production teams, you will help resolve manufacturing challenges, improve processes and ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support quality audits, maintain technical documentation and participate in problem-solving activities aimed at improving efficiency, quality and manufacturability.
Your profile
Your Profile:
DEC, College Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in manufacturing methods, industrialization, quality or new product introduction
Strong CATIA skills (required)
AutoCAD and SolidWorks knowledge considered an asset
Experience using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technical documentation
Knowledge of aerospace standards and FAI processes is a strong asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Organized, autonomous and detail-oriented
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
French required, English considered an asset
Additional assets include:
Tooling design experience
3D printing and programming knowledge
Machining, tube bending, TIG welding or MasterCam exposure
Aerospace manufacturing experience
