As a Data Scientist, you will analyze and leverage diverse datasets to build predictive models and deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs.
You will contribute to the development of advanced analytics capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Modeling
Collect, preprocess and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop, deploy and maintain machine learning models, particularly for demand forecasting.
Design analytical solutions to support business and operational decision-making.
Customer Experience & Personalization
Develop recommendation engines and personalization algorithms to enhance the customer journey.
Use data insights to improve engagement and conversion.
Marketing & Performance
Analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance.
Identify optimization opportunities for customer acquisition and retention.
Operations Optimization
Build analytical frameworks to improve returns management and identify root causes.
Support optimization of inventory and supply chain operations.
Dashboards & Collaboration
Develop and maintain KPIs and performance dashboards.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and provide insights.
Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to support business decisions.

Your Profile
Education & Experience
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
Master’s degree (preferred).
Relevant experience in data science or advanced analytics.
Hands-on experience with machine learning model development and deployment.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries.
Advanced knowledge of SQL.
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
Experience with data visualization tools.
Familiarity with collaboration tools and version control systems.
