D365 Business Analyst – ERP

I’m currently hiring a D365 Business Analyst for a growing Quebec-based organization operating in the distribution and omnichannel sector, currently undergoing a major digital transformation.
You’ll join a dynamic IT Operations team where ERP and commerce systems are central to business performance.

Mission

As part of the IT Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and evolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&SCM / Commerce), as well as integrations and legacy applications.
You’ll play a key role in aligning business needs with scalable technology solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Enhancing and supporting D365 Finance & SCM (F&O) and Commerce systems
• Managing integrations across systems and legacy platforms
• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Defining acceptance criteria and proposing solutions
• Participating in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, backlog, retrospectives)
• Writing test strategies and executing scenarios using Azure DevOps / Test Manager
• Identifying and tracking issues during testing phases
• Supporting system deployments and user adoption
• Contributing to D365 configuration and implementation
• Ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
• Producing reports and supporting decision-making
• Collaborating with technical teams, business users, and external partners

Your profile

We’re looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst with strong exposure to omnichannel and supply chain environments.
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Commerce
• Experience in complex ERP and omnichannel environments
• Knowledge of supply chain / retail processes (asset)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Test Manager
• Knowledge of D365 WMS (asset)
• Exposure to Headless Commerce (asset)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
• Advanced bilingualism (French/English required)
