Mission
I'm looking for a Collections and Billing Technician.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager, your duties will include :
-Contact customers whose accounts are in arrears, while maintaining a good relationship with them
-Negotiate, set up and follow up on payment agreements to ensure they are respected.
-Validate payments received.
-Perform customer and inter-company billing.
-Prepare journal entries related to invoicing.
-Manage several customers at the same time.
-Communicate with customers across Canada and the U.S.
-Other related tasks
Your profile
What we are looking for:
-DEC in administrative techniques, finance option or general DEC
-A minimum of 3 years' experience in collections and customer service
-Comfortable using Excel
-Bilingualism (French and English)
What we offer:
-Salary between $62,000 and $70,000
