Mission
I am looking for a Credit and Collections Analyst.
Reporting to the Credit Department Manager, your duties will include:
-Performing the complete credit cycle, including analyzing applications, determining and reviewing credit limits, collecting balances, and requesting guarantees.
-Managing account credit, including construction project accounts.
-Monitoring overdue accounts and applying the necessary measures.
-Reviewing and releasing orders that have been put on hold for credit reasons.
-Maintaining close and professional relationships with internal and external customers, including negotiating and resolving disputes.
-Managing multiple branches and effectively prioritizing tasks to meet operational needs.
-Other related duties.
Your profile
What we are looking for:
-Bilingualism (French and English)
-3 to 5 years of experience in credit and collections
-Experience in the construction industry
-Ability to manage a large client portfolio
-Analytical mind, autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
