Mission
I am looking for an accounting technician for a construction company in Boisbriand.
Your tasks will include:
-Entering and coding transactions (invoices, payments, deposits, entries)
-Verifying data accuracy and reconciling accounts
-Tracking adjustments, provisions, and amortizations
-Collaborating with the accounts payable/receivable teams
-Preparing financial reports and audit files
-Contributing to updating the chart of accounts and procedures
-Maintaining accounting files and complying with standards (GST/QST, CNESST, CCQ)
-Produce government reports (taxes, DAS)
-Support project managers
-All other related tasks
Your profile
Your profile:
DEP/AEC/DEC in accounting or equivalent
-Experience in the construction industry (an asset)
-Knowledge of the complete accounting cycle
-Experience with Maestro software (an asset)
