Mission
I am looking for an accounting technician for an insurance company in Terrebonne.
Your tasks will include:
-Issuing and recording customer invoices (GP, Ariba)
-Recording disbursements, payroll entries, and journals
-Performing collections (phone and email)
-Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
-Managing accounts payable: invoices, due dates, payments
-Providing excellent customer service and resolving disputes
-Participating in monthly closings and various projects
-All other related tasks
Your profile
Your profile:
-3+ years of experience in a similar role.
-Degree in accounting.
-Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, Office).
-Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
-Experience in insurance (an asset).
-Experience with Microsoft GP software (an asset).
-Rigorous, independent, and responsible.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Discretion, good judgment, and collaborative spirit.
