Hello, my name is Océane, Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specialized in finance and accounting roles. I manage both temporary and permanent recruitment in the Greater Montreal area for accounting firms.
I am currently looking for an Accounting Technician for an accounting firm located in downtown Montreal. The firm primarily works with English-speaking clients.
Your role:
Perform bookkeeping and financial analysis of financial statements.
Participate in the integration of new customers.
Keep up to date with laws and standards concerning accounting, taxation and internal practices.
Any other mandate requested by the line manager.
Your profile
Your profile:
-Experience in an accounting firm
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of Simply Accounting (Sage 50), Quickbooks, Accomba
-Ability to identify (accounting) problems and resolve them efficiently
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Financial analysis skills
-Quick and effective decision-making skills and demonstrated attention to detail
-Oral and written communication skills in English and French
-Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
