Mission
I am looking for a payroll technician for a real estate company in Saint-Eustache.
Your tasks will include:
-Completing the entire payroll cycle;
-Preparing employee files;
-Tracking absences, leave, and vacations;
-Managing employee benefits;
-Preparing T4s and year-end statements;
-Answering employee questions about payroll;
-Expertise with unionized environments and government decrees;
-Performing all other related tasks.
Your profile
Your profile:
-College diploma in human resources, accounting, or any other related field;
-Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll and human resources
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, advanced Excel)
-Experience in payroll and benefits management;
-Knowledge of the Nethris system (an asset)
-Knowledge of time clock systems (data import)
-Knowledge of labor standards and tax obligations
