Mission

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable:
Client invoicing
Data entry
Communication and follow-ups for collections

Accounts Payable:
Receiving and processing supplier and subcontractor invoices
Data entry
Payment follow-ups in collaboration with the Director

Administrative and Accounting Tasks:
Management of lien waivers, guarantees, and notices
Government remittances
Banking transactions and bookkeeping
Liaising with organizations such as the RBQ, CNESST, and CCQ

Your profile

Profile Sought :
We are looking for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, cautious, and perceptive, with strong judgment and professionalism.
Relevant experience in a similar role is required
Experience in the construction industry is a strong asset
English is not mandatory but highly desirable, as we work with clients and suppliers in Ontario and the United States

Flexible start and end times
Remote work only possible in exceptional situations
Salary based on experience and qualifications
