Mission

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst, a meticulous and analytical individual, to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in the production of financial reports, the analysis and improvement of processes, and the support of accurate accounting operations and informed decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Performing complex account reconciliations and variance analyses
• Supporting the monthly and annual closing processes
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
• Supporting internal and external audits, including documentation and audit requests
• Collaborating with FP&A, operations, and management teams
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Mentoring junior accounting staff as needed

Your profile

Qualifications

To join our team:
• University degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (required)
• CPA or eligible for CPA designation (preferred)
• 4 to 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365, Maximo...)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
