My name is Caroline, and I’m a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance roles. I handle both temporary and permanent placements on Montreal’s South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your industry. We cover roles in accounting, finance, and payroll.

I am looking for an Accounts Payable Technician for my client in the pharmaceutical sector. This is a temporary position on the South Shore.

Mission

- Process and enter supplier invoices into the accounting system
- Verify that invoices are accurate (prices, quantities, approvals)
- Make payments and ensure compliance with payment schedules
- Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Participate in account reconciliations and monthly closings
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure rigorous tracking of transactions

Your profile

- Degree in accounting or relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with computer software, particularly Excel and an ERP system (SAP is a significant plus)
- Fluency in both French and English required, both spoken and written
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a meticulous approach
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong team player and excellent communication skills

PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, recruitment consultant, followed by an interview with the Finance Director.
