Mission
I am looking for an accounts payable clerk for a manufacturing company in Laval.
The workweek is 37.5 hours
Your responsibilities will include:
- Entering supplier invoices into the accounting system
- Verifying and reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Entering data related to accounts payable
- Communicating with suppliers to follow up on invoices and discrepancies
- Keeping supplier files up to date
- Assisting with various administrative tasks related to accounts payable
Your profile
Your profile:
-2 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable
-Able to communicate with suppliers in French
-Available to work in the office in Laval during July and August
