Mission
I am looking for an accounts payable technician for a construction company located in Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson
Here are the tasks to be performed:
-Manage the entire accounts payable cycle
-Enter and validate invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
-Verify that orders, receipts, and invoices match
-Analyze project cost variances
-Track payments and due dates
-Process payments (wire transfers, checks, etc.)
-Manage supplier relationships and disputes
-Collaborate with project managers on cost tracking
-Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes (ERP)
-Participate in the preparation of monthly financial data
-Ensure the compliance of records for audits
-Other related tasks
Your profile
What we’re looking for:
-DEP or DEC in accounting
-At least 3–5 years of experience
-Experience in a multi-project environment (construction)
-Knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., Avantage, Acumatica, or similar)
What we offer:
-A salary between $55,000 and $68,000
-1 to 2 days of remote work
