Mission

I'm looking for a payroll and human resources technician for an environmental company in Blainville.

Your duties will include :

-Prepare and produce payroll for employees in various Canadian and American provinces (Quebec, Ontario and the United States);
-Carry out government remittances;
-Perform various tasks related to the integration and termination of employees;
Perform end-of-cycle tasks;
-Coordinate benefits (group insurance and group RRSP program);
Prepare the payroll aspect of work-related accidents and disabilities;
-Manage all recruitment, selection, induction and integration activities;
-Be adept at headhunting through social networks;
-Build a pool of qualified candidates by developing and maintaining a network of professional contacts (universities, professional groups, training, etc.);
Create and maintain excellent relationships with internal customers by introducing suitable candidates and ensuring prompt follow-up;
-Participate in various continuous improvement projects concerning existing payroll and HR processes and procedures;

Your profile

Your profile:

Payroll experience with APD's Workforce Now software (Mandatory)
-Bilingual French-English to communicate with employees from the USA
-Very good command of Excel
-Member of the National Payroll Institute (Atout)
