Mission
I am looking for a Financial Controller for a company located in Bois-des-Fillion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all of the company’s accounting and financial activities
- Preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements
- Participating in budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and performance analysis
- Providing financial recommendations to support decision-making
- Rigorously monitoring cash flow and key financial indicators
-Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements and internal controls
-Coordinate external audits and various compliance matters
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and tools
-Participate in various projects aimed at supporting growth and organizational efficiency
-Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team
Your profile
What We’re Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
-CPA designation (a plus)
-Experience in team management
-Bilingual (French and English)
