Mission
We are seeking a **Financial Controller** to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the selected candidate will be responsible for the accounting of multiple entities and for supporting internal business partners.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including variance analysis.
- Oversee the full accounting cycle.
- Meet tight deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Ensure financial compliance with high standards of accounting and reporting.
- Prepare year‑end files for external auditors.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Respond to inquiries from internal clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Support the implementation and improvement of internal controls.
- Manage cash flow.
- Collaborate with various departments across the organization.
- Contribute to cost analysis and system validation.
- Participate in special projects.
- Perform any other related duties.
- Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and the organization’s code of ethics.
- Represent the organization professionally at all times.
Your profile
Skills and Requirements
- College or university degree in accounting, or equivalent training.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and autonomous.
- Rigorous, highly organized, and professional, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual in French and English (due to a diverse clientele).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Solid understanding of SME environments and strong interest in this type of setting.
- Knowledge of various accounting or operational systems (e.g., HOPEM, Upperbee, Workday, Lightspeed, Brains) is an asset.
- Experience in multi‑entity or multi‑site environments is an asset.
