I'm Caroline, Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for a Financial Controller for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent position.
Mission
- Oversee all accounting operations and ensure the reliability of financial statements.
- Participate in the analysis of results and annual budget monitoring.
- Supervise payroll activities and contribute to process optimization.
- Manage cash flow and banking relationships.
- Collaborate with external partners on tax and regulatory obligations.
- Manage, mobilize, and develop the finance team.
- Implement internal controls and improve financial tools and processes.
Your profile
- CPA designation required.
- Approximately 10 years of accounting experience, including the full cycle.
- Team management experience.
- Excellent command of Excel and proficiency with financial systems (an asset).
- Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.
PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the HR Consultant.
